Thanks for adding me,as a friend. I am 74 and had a typo in my post. I am wondering about loose skin too and wish I could get rid of a sagging chin but maybe I can do something about the loose skin on my arms. Maybe if we use 1 or 2 pd weights ?? 1442 days ago

I am u4 and starting over again more seriouly this time I think with loads of health problems including doabetes type two. Walking a mile a day though not all at once always. Trying to add in some 10 to 15 minutes exercise bike times. Adding water 1442 days ago

Very interested to see what works for your loose skin issues. I am a registered nurse. I work 10 hours daily 4 or 5 days a week (rotating). I do not exercise since I am exhausted when I get home and have to cook supper, then wash dishes. 1443 days ago

I am 61. I have been on Spark People since October 2016. I initially lost 14 pounds. I have regained 6 due to holidays and 4 birthday cakes in January for family members. I too have lots of loose sagging skin on my upper arms and inner thighs. 1443 days ago
