Introduction Text I am in my 30s and I am a middle school teacher, a Spinning instructor, and I am also AFAA certified. Lots of fitness background, right?...but I also love food and eat way beyond the calories I should. I need to prepare healthier meals, smaller portions, and I need to hit the gym even on days I am not working. I am sick and tired of not feeling good about myself. I watch shows like The Biggest Loser, and I see every week how they have changed their lives. I want to have more energy and motivation, and I want to change MY life. It would be nice to be able to go shopping for clothes and not leave the dressing room in tears. I want to be able to be around my friends and not feel embarassed. I'm tired of buying clothes for a body I'm not happy with. This site is the beginning of a great challenge that I am determined to finish.
