It's been a long time since I have been active on here. I'm back to try again. I have had a really bad summer and fall. I didn't feel good most of the summer and finally went to the doctor in August. Without goiong into many details, I am experiencing kidney problems, anemia, some dizziness, weakness. I have been doctoring since August and am currently working on a referral to Mayo. I feel better than I did earlier, but still a ways to go. I have been out of school (teaching) the entire month of January. Hopefully I can go back for an hour or two a day shortly. I definitely want to use this site to help track my foods. Right now I am not able to do exercises, but hopefully will be able to work some of them in soon also. Wish me luck in this journey.

Personal Information:
My name is Bonnie. I live in Rolette, ND. I've been teaching for over 30 years and am part-time right now. I am enjoying that. I don't go to school until about 10 AM most days, so the mornings are mine to exercise and get ready for the day!

Other Information:
I took four years off teacing to care for my parents. Mom passed away five months after I moved home. I was with Dad for another four years--the best four years of my life. Wouldn't have changed it for the world. I like quiliting and am getting into machine embroidery.
