    What Margaret said about water is true but there's so much more about water...

    It flushes out the toxins and salts that cause water retention too. The more water you drink the less water you will retain! Water is essential to weight loss. You NEED no less than 8 glasses a day. Some people have to work their way UP to that. What I do is set a glass of water near me at all times and inbetween messages, I drink at least 2 ounces and shoot for 4 ounces! I try to drink 10 glasses of water a day.

    I hate chemicals like chlorine and floride and I don't trust bottled 'drinking' water so I buy distilled water to drink. Nothing in it, just water! LOL

    I hope you will find your way over to the team a lot and not be too shy about posting in the 'check in' thread. Just pop in and say "hi!". Let people know there is a new kid on the block.
