I missed you... I hope you are doing well- your ticker seems to be reflecting a wonderful weight loss. I ahve not been doing so well so i am a little depressed as the weight has been coming off in the tiniest of increments. Congrats on your weight loss! I stumbled onto your page -- and thought I'd leave you a message. I did lose 130 lbs once -- and for the most part, I maintained it for 2 years. But my choices weren't always the healthy ones. I can only tell you to make healthy choices for yourself -- and prepare for the unexpected -- ie, you go out to dinner and try to figure out what the healthy options are. I also think exercise is a great way to keep the weight down -- but it must be combined with healthy eating. And lastly, no matter what anyone tells you -- keeping off the weight is harder than losing it. Sounds like you're well on your way to success! 3689 days ago
