I went sailing Friday even though I wasn't feeling my best. But I bundled up and had a refreshing experience!!! I've been trying to get out on the water since Fall 2016...I made it!

Well, 2018 IS HERE, well March to be exact!
I actually entered 2018 eating a mixture of healthy salads & sweet treats!
So somewhere in there, with a balance, a powerful healthy life there will be!!!

I've wanted my focus will have to be a challenging one, for me...CONSISTANT EXERCISE & a few days/week of Meditation Walking! :)
Yep, I'm going to try to set that movement in MOTION! :D

~ Exercise 3 times a week!
~ Feel the FRESH air each day!
~ Manage Pain!

MID RANGE:
~ Weigh 220lbs by Resurrection Sunday 2018.
~ Complete B.A. by the end of Summer 2018!
~ Organize My Home...Mini Minimalist Style.

LONG TERM:
~ Get Rid of Excess Weight from 240 lbs to 127 lbs by Dec. 2019
~ To have less body aches & pains.
~ To be comfy when I sit in theater seats w/my coat on!

~My first year back, 2015-2016, at the University to finish my B.A. in Religious Studies (new major/Part Time Student) with all A's with the exception of one B+.


My Program:
Visualize My Victories!!!
1) Get RID of the Pounds that equal my being Overweight!
2) Have a Healthy BALANCE with all of my activities (ie. school, church, internships, volunteering, etc.)!
3) Plan & Follow Through!
