Hello! I'm glad you are dropping in to visit my page today... I hope you enjoy it- as I try to update it often...

The struggle is real! I have- all the steps I want to be taking towards a healthier lifestyle/disease prevention/ etc.. but putting one foot in front of the other and holding onto these new habits and changes proves to me the most difficult. It seems to me I am struggling in a deep murky mud- or quick sand - I will call these my "old beliefs, limited way of thinking, old & bad habits."

As I struggle with getting out of this mud- or quick sand, I have all the support I need here on Spark people. Spark friends, Spark teams, Spark recipes, Spark Articles, Spark Challenges,Spark Coach the features are unlimited! So much thought and LOVE has been put into this website as I put so much time and LOVE into it too!

And yet- I still struggle with it all: Mind & Body...I'm not about to give in and give up. Everyday is a new adventure- A Brand new Challenge awaits me as I open my eyes in the morning and pull myself together as I get out of bed.

So My daughter tells me to Focus on 1 Challenge- on making 1 change at a time- ((baby steps)) as we call them... I can do this.. this is manageable... Instead of looking at all that I need to be doing to get that healthy lifestyle I want- I am FOCUSED & DETERMINED to get that 1 healthy habit down pact and do it like it was 2nd nature....

Where do I start? Not really sure- I think I just may try Calorie Counting or Portion Control... Not sure which Method I can do for the rest of my life... Probably Measuring out and weighing out my portions... I will put my Focus there...

    I am sorry. I’m sorry that you tried so desperately to fix others
    when your own hands were shaking. I’m sorry that I didn’t give you
    enough time to heal, that I let you seal the wounds of everyone else
    whilst your own were bleeding. I’m sorry that there were days when
    smiling hurt but you forced yourself to laugh so that no one had to worry
    about you. I’m sorry that you gave all of your time and effort to people that
    didn’t give the same amount back. I’m sorry that there were nights when
