Hi, my name is Mary. I am a wife to a wonderful husband. I have 5 beautiful grandchildren. I suffer from a chronic pain condition which leaves me tired, frustrated, and low in spirit. By the help and grace of God and his great mercy I'm gonna get better, lose weight and get strong in my body once again. It gonna take more than a diet it's gonna have to be a complete overhaul.
