Hi I'm Red and I have that dreaded 10 - 15 pounds of weight to loose that no one else can see but me (it's because I'm not naked NOT because I'm crazy). It's the weight you see when you don't have things hidden under clothing. I really want to get rid of it but I can't seem to stay focused. I exercise a day here and a day there but then I make bad food choices and then throw in the towel. Then a week passes by and I decide that I'm gonna get serious about it and then it happens all over again. A couple years back I did get serious and I reached my goal weight for about a day. Maintained a couple more pounds than my goal weight but was okay with it but then easily got comfortable in my eating habits, quit paying attention and here I am at that same weight again,133. Now 2 years older (almost 36 now) which means twice as hard to get rid of. But maybe this site can help me keep a good focus on what works for me to loose weight, counting calories and exercising.

My Goals:
My goal is to feel great when I look in the mirror. Right now I try not to see myself naked but hopefully when I'm done I will love to see myself naked. :)

My Program:
I am working hard at not snacking so much at work, even when I do snack I try to make better choices. I am trying to drink more water, which I do better at when I am at work then when I am at home. And I am trying to go out every day and do some sort of exercise, not that I have done it so far but I hope to start soon. LOL

I live in Pensacola Florida with my husband and 2 precious little girls. Well they aren't super little anymore but anyway.
