Introduction Text 42.5 years old girl here. 286 lbs... Aim weight 140-150 lbs... From Mediterranean, Turkey... At my 42 y.o started a second University to get a diploma for the home bussiness I'm doing, as a Personal Chef Cook... I have big dreams... I worked at a Nutrition and Motivation and Weight control section for USAFE for 5 years... Helped hundreds of people, but after I lost my job, I found my self in a lot of crappy depression days, with anxiety, worry, cries... Meanwhile had big family problems, and fell into more hopeless and helpless days... Can't afford Psychotherapy.... That's why I'm here.... Diagnosed with Anemy Iron defficiency, Vitamin D defficiency, PCOS, Insulin Resistance and 30% muscle/strength loss on my right leg... Recently I figured I'm suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder, and the reasons of all my depression, anxiety and up and down times, relationships failures, behaviour and eating disorder are all because of this childhood traumas, and Borderline.... So, again from the beginning trying to grow my self up to become a mature lady who feels as a whole and loved and forgived and safe..... And more... And also trying to figure out anti-aging in health wise... Wishing the best to all, and thank you all for the support...
