~NEW YEAR 4 A NEW ME~

THANXS FOR STOPPING BY MY PAGE AND GETTING TO KNOW ME AND MY JOURNY THIS YEAR WILL BE A A YEAR OF WONDERFUL TIMES AND MAY HAVE A FEW BUMPS IN THE ROAD BUT THATS OKAY WITH ME SO LETS GET STARTED WITH THE FUN!!

A LIL' ABOUT ME IM 25YRS OLD WITH 3 SUPERSTAR KIDS I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! THERES ADRIAN HE'S 3 ARIANNA SHE'S 4 IN PRE-K AND THEN DEVONTAY HE'S 8 IN THE 3RD GRADE!! I WORK PART TIME BUT MOSTLY A STAY AT HOME MOMMY FOR NOW BLAH I DONT LIKE IT!!

I HAVE BEEN WITH SPARKS SINCE MAR'09 AND HAVE LEARNT ALOT SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE THIS IS HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN A CRAZY WAY!!

STARTING FRESH ON TRACKING

*mini Goal 1*
~Loss 6lbs by the end of April and keep it off

~Start weigh 210.0(4/1) BMI~36.0
~4/7- 209 BMI~35.9
~4/14-208:) going down:) BMI~35.7
~4/ 21- 209:(what happend?? BMI~35.9
~4 28- 205.4(ending month) BMI~35.3

Total loss for April~4.6lbs =) Just 1lb from goal but I can handle that

    Welcome to the emotional eaters team. You will get a lot of support, advice and encouragement here. Post us often. We will listen and help pick you up when you mess up and pat you on the back when you succeed. A valuable tool is the nutrition tracker. You will find it under the my tools tab. It will show your calories, fat, carbs and protein. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and get 30 grams of fiber with the water a day. Exercise 30 min. a day. Spark mail me if you need any help. Check out my spark page. Maybe it will inspire you.
