4/17/10 - There is a book that I previously read & thought it was a great read. In the mist of unpacking, I found this book called "The Secret". It explains that your thoughts becomes your actions. If you keep negative thoughts, negative things will always occur. If you always FEEL Happy & KEEP Happy thoughts (good thoughts), you will attract good things.
This is something that I know I need to do. Be more positive about some things. As soon as a bad thought enters my mind, clear it out with a good thought, then another good thought, then another. So instead of focusing on dieting, I will have happy thoughts about my ideal wight, all the new clothes I can buy that are not in the plus size section. Instead oc having negative thoughts bout working out because I just don't reel like it or don't "have the time", I will think about how slimmer & sleeker my arms & thighs will be. How my curves will be there & that hour-glass figure & small waistline I've always had , but somwhow, somewhere got lost underneath all the fat. I will thingk about that navel piercing I've always wanted & that bikin that I never bought. I will become a better woman because I want good thing to happen to me & for me. Negative things does nothing except bring more negative things. I will sccomplish this weight loss journey once & for all. I know it's not going to happen overnight, but as long as I can continue to see the bigger picture, I know that I will soon make it there. WOO HOO!!! Go CCC'S!!!

3/22/10 - So we are officially 2 days into our new challenge: SPRING INTO SUMMER CHALLENGE. Of course I am alart of the most infamous group of them all, the CARAMEL CANDY CUTIES....WOOT WOOT!!! We have some newbies this time around that has joined us, but I would like all old & new CUTIES to know, that we got this in the bag. I am going into this new challenge with a renewed focus & spirit. I know my Cuties will continue to push me & have my back. Of course, I have to redo my goals, but I will post the, here as soon as I get them together.

I hate that I had to do my initial weigh-in right when TOM decided to visit, so of course my weight is higher than what it should be, but that is ok.

Personal Challenge Goals:
1.) Complete at least 1 round (4 weeks) of a Beacbody w/o dvd program.
2.) Focus more on lower body workouts. Add @ least 2 w/o a week.
3. Exercise: Cardio @ least 3 x a week. Strength train @ least 2 x a week.
4.) Lose 2 pants size.
5.) Drink 8 cups of water a day. EVERYDAY!
