Hey Everyone! My name is Elicia. I am married to the absolute best man on the planet! I stay home with my sweet toddler and absolutely love it! :)

I am dedicated to changing my life. Currently I have lost 90+ pounds and am changing my lifestyle- not dieting. I set a goal I thought would be unreachable in December 2010. Drop from 235 to 180 by June 1, 2011. On May 14, 2011, I officially weighed in at 179 pounds. By November 2011, I reached my goal weight of 145 pounds!

I promise YOU can do it too! By being conscious of what goes in my mouth, using portion control and tracking my diet and exercise on SparkPeople I will reach ALL of my goals. I am finally at a normal BMI and I couldn''t more excited! My new goal is to find a good weight that I can maintain!

My husband and I lost our baby girl on November 12, 2010 when I went into premature labor at 23 weeks. This has truly been a motivation to me. Not only do I fight with the March of Dimes to prevent prematurity, I am fighting for myself by becoming a healthier person.

Lydia Grace was born on 12/19/12. She is our pride and joy!

My Program:
I follow SparkPeople recommendations for caloric intake and fitness. I eat a lot of veggies and lean protein but allow myself to enjoy foods that are not "diet friendly" foods in moderation. This is not a diet... it is a lifestyle.

I am the master of the elliptical machine! It has been my saving grace! I am branching out to other cardio options such as running, aerobics, etc.
