I'm so tired of looking in the mirror and not seeing the real me. All I see is some fat girl staring back. I have said it time and time again...this is the year it all changes. I hope this year is the year it changes. That I change, that I become healthy, confident, sexy, and happy. - 2010
I'm not going to say last year I was a complete failure. Did I meet my goal? No, but I did lose weight and now I know what it takes! I CAN do this, I know what needs to be done. - 2011
I started last year right on track...exercising, eating properly, and feeling better. I miraculously got pregnant, which was a HUGE shock!! That completely set back my weight loss goals, but I wouldn't change it for the world! My new goal is to be healthy so I can keep up with my son!

My Program:
01.06.11 - Recumbent bike twice daily 30 minutes per time at 17-20 mph. After about a month of that I want to start either Turbo Jam or P90X. Time to get back into shape. You can't stop exercising! Once you stop it just piles back on and its to start again. I feel so good when I'm fit. Zumba twice a week.
