I'm a 33 y/o SAHM, married to my knight since '04. We have 2 beautiful daughters (7&3). We currently reside in southern CA. My husband has been a marine for over 14 years and will be retiring next year.

I've been "skinny-fat" my whole life. Almost never exercising and eating mindlessly but as I approached 30 I noticed all of that was catching up to me (or I was slowing down). So I started on a path to a healthier me.

My Goals:
Goal 1: Run a 5k. I know I can. Signing up for one is the hurdle!

Goal 2: Train for a 10k

Goal 3: Run a 10k

My Program:
 I eat 1300-1600 calories/day and alternate days of jogging 30+ minutes and curcuit training 6 days/week.
