I was raised in the country with work ethics of a farmer I was taught if something was wrong with you, you took it out on your work. You didn't whine about pain, you worked through it. and that is what I do. Whatever life throws at me, I usually figure a way to deal with it. This is why I am here. I've read testimonials, apparently, this place works for a lot of people, journals, keeping track of the diet and support of others.

Now that I'm older, I wish my dad was still around to remind me that I am stronger than the pain.

My Goals:
50 pounds to lose, that's what I really want.
I dont keep snacks in my house, I use slimfast, canned chicken and spinach as my snacks. I just need a way to exercise more without causing over fatigue.

My Program:
walking on the treadmill with virtual trails/walks during the week, on weekends walking the small islands and trails around where we live

Personal Information:
Married to my best friend for 10 years, we met in a courtroom divorcing the evilest people we ever met (true story), he courted me for over 4 years and moved halfway across the country before I realized I loved him and he popped the question, I moved and married him. Best friends make the best marriages!

Other Information:
afraid to give tmi here. I have limitations. I suffer from chronic pain, chronic fatigue also. I've been fighting a reoccurring brain tumor for going on 5 years larger ones get removed, smaller ones get radiated.

No pity, that has never been what I've been after. I am stronger than my illnesses, I have survived when they told me I wouldn't. I walked when they said I wouldn't. I am a believer, I have Faith.
