Good advice on the Beef Jerkey -- I definitely have a protein deficiency -- I would have never realized it if I had not started tracking here! I may start drinking a special K or protein shake for breakfast to help balance things out! I can't imagine eating the same thing for dinner every day ! Lauren and I started running yesterday to train for the Reagan!
