    so excited to keep finding women around my age who want to be fit by 40!!

    i'm almost 38...and i want to prove that just because i turn 40, doesn't mean my body has to!!

    ps just saw a pix of demi moore and her 46 yr old body...wow....yes, she has a trainer, but i can be my own trainer....
