The program is SO do-able, that you shouldn't stress over it at any point... YES, it's going to be hard... You're going to feel like you can't go any more sometimes, you're going to have to repeat days, or even a whole week... Took me 3 weeks to get from Week 3 to Week 4... But as long as you stick w/ it, do c25k 3x a week, you WILL be running those 30 minutes before you know it!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! :-D 4300 days ago
