I got married on March 6, far so good. We are finally sorting out the way our house is running... Between us we have 6 children... Our oldest is 16 and our youngest is just about 2 months. In the near future, we hope to be adding another little one to the mix.

Since joining spark a few years back, my weight has begun to creep back up. I am mad at myself for gaining and have to work hard to lose that weight again. I am embarrassed at the changes in my body and have avoided the swim suit as much as possible this year.

I am beginning again (and again it seems) to regain control over my diet, exercise and ME time. I want to be able to run again, I want to feel sexy and beautiful, I want these jeans not to feel so tight and I especially do not want to keep looking at my arms and thinking that they look like wings.

I need to motivate... I find that many days I am tired, I want to rest. I want more sleep and can't seem to resist treats (stupid summer with its yummy ice cream).

Now I just need to come up with a plan... a plan not to feel deprived and a plan to keep me moving.

The plan, eat healthy and exercise everyday, even if its only pedaling my bike for 30 minutes. I have been keeping track of everything I eat. Bye-bye sugar and butter... Lazy me wants pizza and yummy goodies from Olive Garden. Geesh!

Diet, diet, diet! I changed how I eat. Don't get me wrong, I still eat all that I love, just lots less! Plus, couting those calories. Exercise I have always done...

Personal Information:
I live in good old Massachusetts! Married momma of 5 crazy children, step mom to 1, and full time student. Hm, wonder if I left any free time to be just me?

Other Information:
I love to read, I just don't always have the time. Life is nothing more then work, kids and workouts...
