My Goals:
My goal is to lose as close to 50 pounds as I can before October 2014. My oldest daughter is getting married and I want to look as good on the outside as I feel on the inside.
My Program:
I am taking it day by day; Baby Steps for me! I am eating a low carb, low calorie diet and trying to get at least 10 minutes of exercise a day.
