    skater-i shouldn't eat any sweets.sweets than junk foods are my downfall.I'll hard core binge for days on them.I worked to hard keeping away from them.I find other things i like just as much and are healthy for me.I'm eating healthier emoticon

    OOLALA53-Yes i need to lose 50 lbs.i was weighing 216lbs which is way too much.I'm a compulsive/binge eater and going to a counseler for it and dealing with it.

    You don't need to lose 50 lbs. to get into a healthy BMI range and that goal is going t make you slimmer than quite a few of your peers, though not model thin.

    If you are trying to be binge free, I suggest, and I know it's hard, that you try to let go of the weight goal for now. Concentrate on determing what good meals eaten regularly are going to be delicious and make you feel good for hours afterwards. Getting used to the idea that we are gong to feed ourselves well is the first step. Weight loss is the booby prize if it comes from habits that are just going to backfire later. Witness the 95% failure rate long term of diets. emoticon

    Thanks for stopping by my blog. I don't know what you were binging on. But if you get into cooking like I'm doing, it'd be good news to binge on your own food. It's the store bought that is deadly. Once your palate is educated, store bought food won't feel good on you. Good luck.
