**Let's Go Dazzling Diamonds Team, Biggest Loser Spring Challenge**

***Here we go Courageous Cloverleafs! Bring on that Spring 5% Challenge!***

I am so excited to be participating in the Biggest Loser Spring Challenge on the Dazzling Diamonds team! My goal is to lose 12 pounds during this 10 week challenge...bring it on!!

I am getting married in October of this year and want to lose about 40 pounds to look hot as hell in my gorgeous wedding dress! My fiancee and I are on this journey together, taking each other as a life partner in crime also means that we take each other in the weight loss journey!

My Goals:
BLC Dazzling Diamonds 10 Week Goals!
1. Walk Drogo (my dog) at least 4 times per week
2. Incorporate 1 yoga routine into my week
3. Walk at least 7 miles per week
4. Complete a strength training workout 5 times per week
5. Continue logging my food daily
6. Have one sweet treat 3 days per week
7. Be the biggest loser on our team at least 1 week
8. Be in the top 3 biggest losers overall at least 1 week
9. Lose 12 pounds during the 10 week challenge

Overall Goals
1. Lose 40 pounds by October (my wedding!)
2. Lose 20 pounds by June (California vacation/friend's wedding)
3. Live a more active lifestyle
4. Look better naked ;)


My Program:
Along with at least 10 minutes of cardio each day, I plan to also tone and strengthen using the following work week routine. Each circuit will be repeated 2 or 3 times.

Monday - Abs & Arms
*10 chair dips
*30 second side plank (each side)
*30 crunches
*25 hip thrusts
*30 arm circles
*10 push ups
*10 triangle push ups

Tuesday - Thighs & Booty
*20 lunges
*20 reverse lunges
*20 squats
*30 second wall sit
*20 hip bridges
*30 donkey kicks (each side)

Wednesday - Core
*30 second plank
*10 supermans
*30 second side plank (each side)
*10 V sits
*10 burpees

Thursday - Legs
*30 jumping jacks
*20 squats
*30 standing calf raises
*20 side lunges
*20 plie squats
*10 jump squats

Friday - Full Body
*30 second plank
*10 push ups
*10 jump squats
*20 chair dips
*20 lunges
*10 burpees

Starting Weight 3/1/16: 160 pounds, BMI 32.4 (Obese)

5% Lost: 152 pounds *Reached 3/20/2015, BMI 30.9 (Obese)

10% Lost: 144 pounds

15% Lost: 136 pounds

20% Lost: 128 pounds

Goal (by 10/15/16): 120 pounds, BMI 24.3 (Healthy)
