My plan is to get my husband and I on the right track. We both need to lose and keep it off. Don't you wish we still have Gym class as adults? I do. I am ready for a change!

Fitness Minutes: 20,646

My Goals:
I would like to lose about 50-60 lbs. However I honestly just want to be comfortable size 10/12 womens. I would love to shop in a regular store again, and be able to go up or down a size depending on fit. It is hard to be a plus size in a size small world.

My Program:
I am eating right and exercising for the first time in my life. Following Sparkpeople is easy, but sticking with it isn't. I really need to understand how I got to this size in the first place. With my last two pregnancies I lost 30lbs. and then within a few months I gained it all right back. I am stong, I feel healthy, but my body tells a different picture.

Personal Information:
My family and I live in Southern Maine. I was very thin as a child, and once I had kids, I never have been able to get motivated to lose weight. I am very active, but I never went above and beyond and exercised. Now I make myself sweat on a regular basis. Size 10 here i come.

Other Information:
Our biggest downfall, is we LOVE to eat out. I like to cook, but there is noting like Pasta, or Steak from a good Restaurant. We are trying to make better choices when we are there, like light dressing, and meal salads. We know that once we reach our goal of eating right and being active all the time, we will be able to indulge once in a while. I can't wait to get to that point.
