I'm ridiculous.
I'm always complaining to myself about not being happy with my image and my physical state. Well, I got on Spark in October and was doing really well, even through the holidays, then the new year entered and I got lazy. One of my girlfriends got pregnant and I lost my gym buddy so I stopped going.
I'm ridiculous.
Well, now I have unfortunately gotten some bad news from the doctors and may have to have surgery to improve my condition (I have endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and ovarian cysts). Now that my health is in so much jeopardy I REALLY need to get on the ball and get into shape. Hopefully I will not detour!

My Goals:
My goal is to feel better about myself. I want to not only feel healthier and more positive about how I look, but I also want to get in shape so that my body is ready for the changes it will go through in the next couple of months and for when I have a child.


My Program:
I am going to be a little more attentive to what I eat and how I eat; I will take more vitamins to make up for certain foods I can't stomach but need nutrients from; exercise regularly and accordingly.

I love to read, so if anyone knows of any motivational/inspirational books, or even just something that would be good to keep my mind occupied, I'd love to get some suggestions!

    I forgot to add- there is really no reason to stop exercising when pregnant (except for medical conditons or something!) Low risk pregnancies...or otherwise normal...don't make the mistake I made and not exercise! :) I walked a little but not as much as I should have...and I could have kept running. It actually HELPS if you have morning sickness!
