Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm 30 and a proud new mom of a 1 year old boy. I struggled with my weight all my adult life, gaining weight and then losing some. Up and down, constantly. I was near my high weight 190 when I got pregnant and then I gained 60 pounds during pregnancy! I'm trying to get back my health and fitness abilities during my slimmer moments.

May 2014: 250 (9 months pregnant)
Jan 2015: 210 (7+ months postpartum)

July 2015: 179.2 (current)

*Goal: Lose 15 pounds this summer
*SW June 24th: Actual: 185.6
*June 28th: Goal: 185, Actual: 186 (+0.4 lbs...TOM)
*July 5th: Goal: 184, Actual: 179.2 (-6.8 lbs!!! OMG!)
*July 12th: Goal: 182

Short term goal: Sign up for another race (5K this time) and get under 180.

Long term goal: reach a healthy weight of 150, for 100 pounds lost! Maybe even set my sights on a half marathon...crazy, right?!?

- Indoor rock climbing lesson
- Buy a bike and start riding
- Go on a "running tour"
- Hike a portion of the Appalachian Trail
- Train for a half marathon
- Actually run a half marathon!!!
