    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge. To get to the Challenge go to my page and click on the Blue Biggest Loser Icon, copy and paste the link below, or let me know and I can send you an invite. Join the Team then sign up on the waitlist.     I'm sorry I abandoned the resolutions team for so long! I think I have a handle on school now & feel more confident to take a few minutes off of studying to come on SP every day again. I posted next week's thread already, to get myself back to a good beginning! I hope you've been doing well.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog! I have, indeed, decided against the 365 days of running goal. I would love to do it but I'd hate to get injured and wish that I wouldn't have done it. Just not worth it! I have lots of goals, some running-related, others non-running-related (like my goal to take a picture of something in my life everyday, 365 days of photos will not have the CHANCE to injure me, lol!). I appreciate the concern and, actually, that's the response I expected to get... I think I just needed to know that other people feel the same way!

    Just wanted to say Hi from Ravenclaw. Congrats on jumping your hurdle at the 150lb mark. My hurdle is the three month mark and I am hoping with the use of this website and my awesome groups to avoid stumbling there. Continue the awesome work :)
