Introduction Text I am lucky enough to have a great husband and 2 wonderful sons. Colton is 3 years old and Logan is 19 months old. I have spent the last 3 years totally devoted to my family, but not to me. It is now time to better myself so that I can be a better mommy, wife and professional.

1. To be an active person that can and will enjoy the things that I love to do. 2. To be a better role model for my family on how to be and live healthy. 3. To never have to buy clothes from Lane Bryant again!
