I am back at again, this time I'm joining the 5% Spring to Summer challenge. I was able to lose over 5% for the last two times I have participated in these challenges. I like participating in them and encouraging others. I will stick with my plan like before because it's working..'If it's not broke, don't try to fix it'- I will stick with my fitness routine and continue to watch what I eat and most of all get plenty of fluids.

This time around is going to be different because I also accepted another challenge and that is
to be an EL(Extra Leader) for the Starfish team, that's going to keep me motivated even more. I'm still leading the Insanity
&The Asylum Insaniacs sparkteam which continues to help me dig deeper with my workouts. There's no excuses for me when it comes to an outlet for motivation. I have enough Motiv8n2lose to push me through my weight loss journey.

I signed up for the Winter 5% Challenge. I am still sticking with my past goals to lose-strengthen-tone and Bring my SeXy Back.
I've cutting out more of those bad ideas of trying to diet, but now a life style change. I have 3 outfits that I can't wait to fit in by June, but I have to be down in sizes by May 5th 2013.
I am planning to Motivate-and Encourage my team players everyday. We will help one another. I am looking forward on meeting some new members on this challenge. I met some great people from the 2012 summer Teddy Bear challenge that still keeps me going. SparkPeople is a great community to stay focused on your goals. ...Never give up!!!

I'm yelling at myself now to get up -out and moving and not
let Life hold me down. I have to push away those terrible-terrible
foods/habits that are killing me.. I hate Sugar. it takes A WHOLE LOT OF Discipline, very Hard Work, Time and MOTIV8N2LOSE.
I participated in 2 challenges this summer and it kept me on the right path, but now I must go back and read how much I was motivated on 5/5 12 when I joined spark people. I slipped a little and now.... I will continue to exercise 5-6 days per week. I will try hard to avoid those bad-filthy-sabotaging carbs and watch my portions. I will continue to be a cheerleader for others and encourage them on their journey as well.
I am looking forward to participate in more challenges.

5/7/12 . I have goals to be fit by May 5,2013- this is my goal I Must achieve.
I have no choice but to lose. I like to work out and motivate others.
I enjoy nature, family, books, friends , music, dance, shop... .
I hate all the drama in between, but must endure.

My goal is to be fit/shape and able to workout to all of the Turbo Fire and Insanity DVD's without stopping- before this fall. :-)

My name is Michelle(Shelly).
I am energetic,outgoing,love life and try hard to stay positive, despite all the stres I am under.. I Love Jehovah God for his beautiful creation. . I am stuck in the 80's when it comes to my music. My favorite singer is Prince. Sometimes I enjoy being around my family ;-). I work in the health field. I want to lose the pounds. I want to be able to fit in my clothes that's been hanging in my closet for several years.

My Weight Loss Goals and Rewards
My reward for losing 15lbs will be an android phone.

When I reach the 30lb mark I will have couple rewards. 1. Donate a lot of my clothes I am determine that I am NOT going to be able to fit in that size again!!!(unless it's something I can't illness.}2. I will buy me some new outfits.

Then when I am about to reach my goal weight and to cross the finish line..then I will plan for my vacation.
