According to the nutritionist at my doctor's office, I should keep my carbs between 30 and 50 a day. However, I've had MORE success losing weight when I relax the restriction to less than 100 a day, so I've been more casual about it lately. I keep losing my book, so I haven't finished reading, so I'm still not sure how to use the diet. I'm definitely interested in joining the new group, though! 4574 days ago

Hey So happy you are doing SO well. I try to keep my carbs 30 per meal so under 100 or ishish. So do you balance the carbs you eat through the day limiting the total to 50?
