Hi! I'm Morgan. 21 years old from Dallas, TX. I've strugglied with my weight since my early teens. I started high school at about 120 pounds and graduated somewhere around 160 pounds. I moved and went to a big collee for 1 semester and came home weighing my heaviest, around 190. Two and a half years later I'm down to 165, and tired of being the fat girl in my family. I'm ready to be comfortable in my own skin again, and not so self conscious anymore. I'm working towards becoming a leaner, healthier, sexier ME!

I'm hoping to be at my goal weight of 130 lbs by Haloween (a little over 4 months from now). Here's my progress...
6/21/10 - starting weight 167.8 lbs (37.8 lbs to go)

Update 6/26/10 - My weight loss is going to have to be put on hold. Just found out today that my fiance and I are expecting our first child! I'm totally freaking out right now. Even though I can't do a hole lot of exercising like I was hoping to to loose 40 pounds, I can still work towards becoming healthier. And after the baby gets here I can work to get all the baby weight plus that 40 pounds off. I still have to go to my doctor, but I'm due sometime late February to early March of next year.

I'm doing Turbo Jam and walking 5 days a week. I really want to start biking also.

    Hey, I just thought I'd share one of my newest finds with you! I just recently got a book called The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises. Yes, the magazine. :) It's got 619 exercises in it and in the back, it has TONS of workouts using those exercises! The ones I'm just now starting this week are called:

    The Bikini-Ready Workout
    The Skinny Jeans Workout (20 women lost TWO jeans sizes on this in just 8 weeks!)
    The Get-Back-Your-Body Workout
    The Hard-Body Workout

    I'm pumped to see the results after just the first couple of weeks. It's definitely a book that I'd recommend!
