I live in St. Louis MO, and am looking to lose 40 pounds. My favorite activities are Power Walking, Nordic Walking; indoor cycling, Leslie Sansone, Swimming, Water Jogging, Zumba and Yoga. I also like to meditate at least (2) 1 hour sessions a day. I work as a food demonstrator at local grocery stores on the weekends.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight so I can feel great. My ultimate reward is to take up horseback riding lessons and to get back into yoga. I also discovered a new love for Zumba and my love for the water has been rekindled. Also transitioning to a Vegetarian lifestyle.

My Program:
I'm actually following the Weight Watchers program but, as good as they are, the breakdown of carbs, protein, and fat is not in their program. Since joining SparkPeople I account on both places, but notice I wasn't getting enough protein or carbs in. Since then I started to lose weight again.

Other Information:
I love Pirates of the Caribbean movies. I'm a fan of the old Dark Shadows from the 60's and am looking forward to the 2012 movie with Johnny Depp. I love Star Trek, all series, except for the recent movie. To me, Kirk is William Shatner, not anyone else.

I also follow an Earth based religion, adopting a lot of the Lakota culture into my personal beliefs. I do meditate on a daily basis and I listen to Kelly Howell's CD's. Kitaro is my favorite musician.
