Hi Melissa, just wanted to welcome you to Comfort Tea :) Glad to have you aboard! I really got a kick out of your hummingbird pic..we had so many one year on our patio that we put up 4 feeders and couldn't keep them full. Only bad part of that was, first the bees and hornets were also loving the nectar and then we had hummingbird wars non stop!! Last summer I hated to do it but we didn't put a feeder out at all! I love watching them, to a point LOL.
Good luck to you on your Spark journey!

    Hi Mellisa,
Thanks for the welcome to the weather team. Sounds like we have a few things in common here. I am also into a first responder type thing, called CERT. (Community Emergency Repsonse Team).

I like to watch the clouds around here too and it is really interesting to learn how they are formed and what makes the weather work.

I have serveral books on the weather, two are by Tim Vasquez, they are weahter map handbook and the other is Weather forecasting handbook.
Both of those are real good. I still haven't finished them yet.
Another one is metereology today. That is a text book that my cousin bought for me at a bargain book store.

Then I have a book called the complete book idiots guide to weather.
so I have lots of things to keep my mind busy on the weather.
I will talk with you soon I hope...

    Thanks again for the welcome.
