My Goals:
I need to loose as much weight as i possibly can for my overall health.

My Program:
 Right now I am getting started back into drinking water on a daily basis and walking everyday and watching what i eat.


Personal Information:
I live in Dover, DE. I am disabled because of a stroke I had when I was 31. I have 4 kids a my first love i live with we went out separate ways for years and now we are back together. Love is a beautiful thing.

Other Information:
 I do read and spend time on the computer but mostly i like spending time with my love.

    Hi Michelle,It sounds like you are doing better.That's good.I know what you mean about the ex.I have one who is like that too.We were married for 14 years.He was very controlling.It took me a couple of years to get away from him completely.I don't think it's going to take you that long,because you realize now what is going on.I didn't realize he was still controlling me for quite a while.
    The wedding was beautiful.They both have children from other marriages.She has 4 and he has 2.They are ages 4-12 and were all in the wedding.When the traditional ceremony was over my brother and new sister-in-law,made vows to the kids.They vowed to love,protect,and support them and never try to replace thier other parent but to be there when they are needed (the other parents are both absent in the children's lives).I think I cried more yesterday than I have in years.But it was a good cry.
