My Goals:
I need to loose as much weight as i possibly can for my overall health.

My Program:
 Right now I am getting started back into drinking water on a daily basis and walking everyday and watching what i eat.


Personal Information:
I live in Dover, DE. I am disabled because of a stroke I had when I was 31. I have 4 kids a my first love i live with we went out separate ways for years and now we are back together. Love is a beautiful thing.

Other Information:
 I do read and spend time on the computer but mostly i like spending time with my love.

    Good to see you back.I hope all is well with you,and your family.Did you have a good Easter? I had a blast, with the grandbabies.We had a big family picnic,and believe it or not,I only ate 1 hamburger patty,and alot of fresh fruits and veggies.Oh yeah, and 4 jelly beans that my grandson had to share with me,LOL.Hope to hear from you again,soon.
