Introduction Text Hi, my name is Mo. I am doing this again. I had lost quite a bit of weight, joined a roller derby team, and was feeling great. Well, I tore up my knees playing derby and spent some time recuperating. I had knee surgery last November but it didn't do a whole lot to improve my knee. I am still having problems with pain and limping. I bike and walk when I can. I can't wait for the pool to be warm enough to swim. I have sleeve gastric bypass scheduled on April 18th. I'm already on the liver shrinking diet. Let me tell you 600-800 calories a day sucks. It will be worth it in the end though. My total weight loss goal is 105 pounds. I don't want to be skinny. I want to be healthy. A size 12 is perfectly acceptable for me.

3 cardio sessions per week, 8 glasses of water a day, work on my upper body strength, and to be able to run again.

My Gf and I just joined LA fitness. We both enjoyed the water aerobics class and will be doing that several times a week. We will be working up to classes depending on my knees. I will be doing some strength training but I need some good ideas on how to do that and protect my knees.

I'm 29 and live near the mall in Winston Salem. My GF and I have 6 critters: 2 dogs, 2 cats, a bunny, and a bearded dragon. I am currently not working so that I can get a knee surgery taken care of and focus on getting healthy. I am a full-time student.
