Well here I am again after 2 years of being away. I am going to try very hard to stick with it this time. Am fortunate I havent put any of the weight back on in all this time. I resently reached 70 and have decided I MUST stick with a program and this one worked the last time. My goals are still the same.//////It's been a long 4 years, but I am back on the plan. It worked befor and I haven't gained so maybe I can hit my goal this time.

My Goals:
My goal is to learn to eat right so I can take off the weight. Excersise more Be able to walk and stand without hurting.----------------------------------
-------New Goal is to continue eating right, excersising more, and contuing to lose. Try not to think so much about lbs. lost and more on how I feel. -------At 76 my goals are still the same. I still need to lose around 65 lbs. to reach my goal. It gets harder as I age, but I know with Spark I can do it. Started Curves today to get more exercise. 9/13/17.



My Program:
I use a smaller plate and eat slower. Working on excersing more. Start with a workable goal and go from there.



Personal Information:
My name is Phyllis, PJ to my friends. Im 70 and live in a small town in CA. I have 6 sons, (1 adopted) and 1 Daughter,( shes DS). 16 grand-children, and 7 Great-grandkids. In the past 12 years I have gone through 2 bouts of Cancer, had a Heart Attact, and a Stroke. a long with other health problems. My faith and love of my family have gotten me through. Now I have Diabetic Neoprathy . During this whole time I have tried to take off weight but failed. This time I MUST succed. I enjoy most knids of music, but listen to Country and Gostel the most. Like Mystery, and Suspense, Books.

-235----lost track of my goals---4/05/13--After 2 years still at 245.!!!!!!! Here I am at 76 3/1/17 and down to 225--------------------------------Well here I am again--only this time with good news. Been going to Curves and watching what I eat, today we weighed in--8/1/18 down to 203.5 Haven't been this low in 20 plus years. Should be at my first goal in a month, I DID IT FINELY GOT DOWN TO 200 TOOK ME 10 YRS. AND 9 MOS. TO LOSE 89 LBS.
