    Yeah I am following the amount of calories, fat, etc Spark reccomends for my size...i guess the smaller i get the less calories i consume??? :-/...i walk my dog up a hilly trail or brisk walk around the neighborhood 4-5/wk and I also do strength training at home...the ones spark gave me are killer...i couldn't do the tricep dips to save my life lol
