Introduction Text I am a wife and mother of a two beautiful children!! I have struggled with my weight for the better part of my life. I am on the road to winning the battle and I plan to never have to have weight loss be one of my New Year's resolutions! "All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any." 1 Corinthians 6:12

My goal is to live a healthy lifestyle so I don't have to worry about losing weight or living to my full potential.

I am eating a healthy range of foods. I am eating only whole grain foods with some healthy treats. I work out 5 days per week. I move everyday

I don't practice to get it right, I practice so that I can't do it wrong.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1
