Introduction Text Hi there! I'm Carolyn (35), wife to Chad (37) and mom to 3 boys - Thomas is 14, Matthew is 10 and Nathan i s8. I'm a full-time working mom, so this weight loss is a big challenge for me.

My main goal is to get healthy for my boys. I want them to see me accomplish something. I'm also heading back to college, and I want to look fabulous by the time I graduate. My short-term goal is to lose 25 lbs, but I need to lose another 15 to be at my final goal weight.

I'm using all the tools at SP to help me in achieve my goal. Tracking everything I eat, following the exercise suggestions, and connecting with other members in the SP community for support.
