Hey guys just a quick little update...I have been doing really good. I joined the gym and have been working out four days a week and I'm lovin it!! I also started taking Zumba:) and although I feel silly durning most of the class, it's a blast and I have a great time doing it!! So if your thinking about trying it ... GO FOR IT!!! give it a shot, you just might find something new to love. Some of you know that I used to work in a gym. I can't stress it enough how wonderful it feels to be back in one!! The energy is amazing and I feel GREAT. I'm down from a size 14 to a 12 YAY!! I'm not weighing myself, instead going by how my clothes feel and not being a slave to the scale has been a wonderful thing for me. I hope you all are doing well and have found something that works great for you, if so pleaes share it with me I'm always looking for new things to try and tips to help me along the way:) Much Love xoxoxox

My Goals:
To lose fourty poundsTo take care of me too!!

Drink all my water everyday!!

To love myself no matter what size my pants are or what the silly scale says!!


My Program:
Walk at least 30 min a day.

Do somthing every day to move in the right direction to a healthy lifestyle!!



Personal Information:
Iam a 30 year old wife and mother of three. Living in Northern California. I'm going to night school I want to be a Medical Assistant.Although I love being a mom i've lost myself in the process. I'm hopeful that I will find myself through this journey with sparkpeople.


Other Information:
I love being with my family and friends!! Watching a good movie, reading a good book but the thing I love to do most is hurting me the most and that's Baking. I bake at least twice a week and of course I eat it! I really need to find somthing else to do that will make me equally as happy!!

    Hey I haven't talked to you in awhile...hope all is well with you and your family! Good luck with the weight watchers....I have 4 friends who joined all together last summer, 1 lost 90 lbs, 1lost 100lbs, 1 lost 70lbs and the other lost 25 lbs and is at her goal weight! It's a great program very realistic....you can do it!!!
