I am proud to say that a year later...I have maintained my weight and am the same as when I left- although I would have liked to see the scale go down more and reach my actual goal I have been happy. This is not a battle any longer- I eat healthy always as a lifestyle not as a diet. Since Christmas my hubbie and my children and I have gone meatless- we still do cheese and eggs to cook but for the most part have gone vegetarian. It's been a wonderful change that has led my husband to loose 25 lbs. Although I haven't lost any weight from it I am now back to get my snacking under control and to get back on the exercise wagon- I get so busy that I forget about me and although my weight isn't suffering, I'd like to be more active! I got into a good groove before and I know I'm capable now- logging on here is so beneficial for friends and support and that's what I've come for- others to share stories with and a wonderful support system!

Figured I'd leave my last time here's goals down below:

Why am I doing this...because I love myself, my kids and my family...

*To be healthy
*Be able to run run run with my kids without being out of breath!
*Get back my flexibility to practice gymnastics with my kids.
*To be able to be honest with myself...and when I slip up, to get right back up instead of just saying forget it today is a failure.
*To not feel embarrassed around family and friends anymore...
*To put on a bathing suit this summer and not want to walk around in my towel or cover up!
*To love to go shopping again!
*To know I'm setting a good example and I'm a good role model to my children, and the children I teach, to everyone around me.

My Program:
Cardio at least 60 min a day- 30 am/ 30 pm
Strength Training Every other day

Personal Information:
TO AZ from Cali, we are adapting well to the change and love our new life. I homeschool, I have a blog, I sub at our local school district and I farm! I can do it I'd better be able to do this! I am determined, motivated, and positive!

Other Information:
I love the outdoors, I'd take walking/running outside or hiking, climbing over a gym any day!
