Hi! My name is Callie & I am a 30 year old mommy to my amazing little boy, Mason. I work full time as an EMT, am a 31 consultant & also have my own business - North Mountain Candle Co.

I am a huge lover of all things fitness from Beachbody programs like Insanity to taking Zumba class to hiking. I love to mix it up and keep things from getting boring!

Fitness goal: Complete a 5k without walking & become a certified Zumba instructor!



My Program:
 *Cardio: Zumba at least twice a week & running as much as I can

*Strength training: Weights or Body Pump at least twice a week!

*Diet: WW Points Plus Program


Personal Information:
After living in Charlotte, NC for the past 3 years, my family & I moved back home to the Blue Ridge Mountains of SW VA in the spring of 2011!

    Thanks for the crockpot but I just bought one last night!!! LoL! It's a 6qt...I feel like it's way too big but it's got the programmable hours on it: 4, 6, 8, 10 and then it automatically goes to "warm" for 2 hours if I don't make it to it in time so...I'm debating switching it for a 5qt but is there really that much difference? I don't think there would be.
