    I had a major reaction to diet soft drinks this week so they are a no-no for me.. it made me dizzy! Plus a headache. So I have not had many lately, but now I have to give them up for good.

    Mommasport is fighting depression. My elliptical machine is broken.
    I have not been successful without it. So sometime in about 3 weeks I should be able to save enough to get it repaired. Ugh... but the car is making noise too. I am also having portion control and discipline problems with kid food being around. So I think I will go on a supermarket diet for about a month to give me a boost ... that means 1200 calories of frozen food and yogurt or oatmeal.. all pre-measured and portion controlled and as many vegetables as I want (to make up the other 300 allowed calories, plus a frozen chocolate banana).

    Okay... well then maybe I will stop eating an unknown amount of peanut butter on bread when making the kids lunches because if it is not in the package it will be forbidden.. Anyway.. I will give it a try.
    Even that is a short term for me, because I think that salmon and other fresh foods is healthier in the long run.. so this is a temporary experiment to see if I can actually drop 8 pounds in a month. emoticon
