Signing up as a way to be accountable to myself, others, and make some friends. Its always been hard to find the time and make the time to work out. And its always been a mind over matter to eat what I know I should.

On a personal note, I'm a momma of two, 9yr old boy and 14 yr old girl, we homeschool & I work from home. Our activities right now include 4H and church. We love the outdoors, and are looking forward to warmer weather for hiking, biking, fishing, swimming and boating!! And perhaps some camping too!

Background...
I had started with Yoga workouts months back in June 2014 and loved them with some weights for strength. It was relaxing and helped center me....
Then we decided to move in and for months I was out of control...eating out way too much, tons of stress, not time for myself...now that we are settled its time to gain some control back! New plan- I'm trying out T25 first then onto other exercise programs through Beachbody and eating right- back to meal planning. I've run across great motivational people on instagram, blogs and here and I'm ready!

I'm also a vegetarian who is learning to love to cook! So this will be another great way to connect with others who eat and live healthy lifestyles and find some new recipes too!

Things I want to change- junk food cravings, sweet cravings, dinner portions out of control. I want to be in control of food - I also want to be fit, really fit- not just loose weight. Previously its been all about the number for me and I no longer want that outlook- I want to be toned, trim, fit, lean and strong!!

Its more about being fit and lean rather than what the scale says!!

Drink plenty of water.

Personal Goals are to stop being so hard on myself- about everything, being a mother, being a wife, at work. My outer voice is positive but my inner one is not always. I'm determined through prayer, friends, family and support to change that.

April 2015- ChaLEAN Extreme yes! 90 day program - - starting 4/13

Feb 2015 - Let's start..INSANITY! I'm ready. - - 6 weeks completed (then we moved)

*Took 1 month off in between T25 Alpha//and Insanity* (Not a good choice)

As of Dec 2014 -
T25 baby!! :) - - 1 month Alpha completed
