I am a stay-at-home mom of 5 great healthy children of which I thank the Lord! My husband of 17 years has a heating business and hauls milk full time for a neighbor. I am 37 years old. A 78''er! We have an older house which we are doing a little work on which can be fun and exasperating. I am trying to lose 15 pounds so I will feel better. I just have enough extra weight that I am uncomfortable. I have been trying to get these pounds off for over a year now, and all I do is go up and down, up and down and don''t get anywhere!

My Goals:
My weight right now is 181 and my long term goal is to get to 165. It shouldn't be long term but I have been losing, oh so slow! In June of 09' I had my last baby and was 210 so I have gotten somewhere! My goal right now is to get out of the 180's. I have been in the weight range for several months.
I'm down to 175 and have 10 more pounds to go!
I am still not getting anywhere, but have new inspiration. My sister did it so I can too! I weigh 179 and my new goal is 160.
My weight is back in the 180's. I haven't been in the 170's for a while now! Help!

My Program:
I am keeping track of my food and exercise on Spark. I have been trying to limit my sugar intake which is my main problem. In the afternoon I can hardly leave the sweets alone!

Personal Information:
I live in the beautiful state of Michigan. I'm 34 and the mother of a 14, 12, 8, 6 and 4 year old. I am a stay-at-home mom that keeps very busy! Lots of wash, cooking and cleaning, never a dull moment! My favorite form of exercise is walking.

Other Information:
I sew, love to cook sweets, (Oh, dear. Not good for my weight!) and love to read. I don't get much reading done by the time I've taken care of the family.

    All the exercising I'm doing must be making up for my over eating because I lost a pound in the last three days even though I was over my calories every day.
    Of course it probably would have been two pounds if I had stayed in my calorie range...
