Hi! I am Amber, 30 years old living in Texas. I am a stay-at-home Mommy to Elizabeth, 6 years old, and Nicolas, 5 years old, and wife to Thomas. I am also in school full time to finish my degree. I am also in the process of getting my photography business started!

I am hoping that I can loose some (a LOT) weight and get healthy in the process. My two kiddos keep me busy and I can tell that I am not in the best of shape. My little girl wants me to play in the floor with her and it is hard to get down there and crawl around carrying all of these pounds with me. I know one day when she gets older she will want to be around the dreaded pools and water parks so I better get ready to get into a swimsuit!

I also want to be healthy for myself and I want to look good for my husband. I also know that I need to be more fit for my future career and that people will take me more seriously when I look like I care about myself.

I started SparkPeople and actually lost about 40 pounds but sadly I gave in and gave up and regained it all. I am now going to try to get back on track and keep going.

Every Day Goals:
Logging everything that I eat!

I am working hard to stay within my recommended intake, and to drink enough water.

My Program:
I'm not really sure what my program is yet. I need to learn what it means to have a normal calorie range, and how to stay within it.

I have a BAD eating routine. I usually do not eat breakfast or lunch and just eat at dinner. I am wondering if not eating is worse than eating because my metabolism is dead.

I need to work to log what I eat and drink my H2O.
