Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. I'm 50 something and just trying to survive. I've gotta lose 25 lbs and it aint easy. Two steps forward and another step back. I've got 10 auto imune disorders. I've had 7 surgeries so keeping w/ the program isn't easy. Some days I can't move very well I have balance issues. I was diagnosed w' diabetes in 11/10 this caused my other problems to flare up. My blood sugar level is a really big issue flare ups, anxiety, depression cause flucuations. I have no appitite so eating is a problem. Goals are get rid of diabetic meds loose 25 lbs excercise more often get B.S. stable and get anxiety and depression levels down. I am also agorophobic and this is a real problem. I am 75% disabled and must do everything myself I would like more help from my family but they won't or can't help me.

I cook most meals from scratch and use the crockpot since I can't stand very long at the stove. I use my oven cook timer when I bake, roast or broil this makes the oven shut off automatically and I don't have to make trips to kitchen to ck. I cook rice and veg in micro this way I don't have to stand

Favorite movie are The Seachers (John Wayne), Gone with the wind, Boon Dock Saints, Pulp fiction, Repo man(Emilio Estevez),Tombstone(Kurt Russel), The thing (Kurt Russel) I love love grading and identifing colored gem stones. I buy odd lots of gem stones and then identify them. I'm a silver smith so sometimes I make jewelry but not often. The stones are for looking at. This is one of my passions. My other passion is poodles, breeding, grooming, petting, loving and providing their health care keeps me occupied and I recieve unconditionial love in return. I have 4 foster poodles they have problems that makes them hard to place. One is blind, one has no teeth, one growls all the time when being petted, picked up, and
