Thanks for your comment on my page. The answer to your question is, in January, I watched what I ate and went to line dancing classes twice a week. Since then, the line dancing class has kind of split up, due to the hot weather and the place we were in wasn't air conditioned. I am hoping that will start back up in the fall. That still doesn't excuse me from walking.
Anyway, today is August 1st and it is a new day of a new month and new beginning. I hope by September 1st, I start to get back on track and see some results this month.
