Weight goal for 7/25/10: 215lbs

Short-term Weekly Goal- I will lose 2 lbs a week through healthy eating and exercise.

1- Finish my master's.: COMPLETED (by withdrawing) on 12/11/08.
2- Weigh 130lbs.
3- Get my driver's license.
4- Lose 28 pounds.
5- De-clutter home.
6- Keep it that way.
7- Write 28 articles.
8- Re-paint apartment.
9- Volunteer once a month (in addition to IYI).
10- Be on good terms with all loved ones.
11- Acknowledge all loved ones birthdays.
12- Re-start photography hobby.
13- Get promoted.
14- Get a raise.
15- Save more.
16- Update personal website.
17- Run a 5K Marathon.
18- Commute to work on bicycle.
19- Meditate everyday.
20- Keep in touch with friends.
21- Eat healthy, nourishing foods.
22- Sleep 7 to 8 hours each night.
23- Speak my truth at all times.
24- Research best pet care practices and implement them.
25- Shed obese category.
26- Visit a new country. (COMPLETED ON 12-18-08 Costa Rica, 12-24 Nicaragua, 12-29 Panama!)
27- Live and love everyday and don't hold grudges.
